Lahore Kebab House in Frankfurt

I have now been to dinner twice. At the First time it was ok. The second time I wanted my friends from that Lahore convince and that was an absolute failure. 1. The seller was very rude. 2. He didn't even take out his headphones, so we had to repeat what we wanted to order several times over and over again. 3. He was annoyed when we asked. 4. The Köfte sandwich was not through & the fries portion was a joke. It was a long, thin salesman who didn't speak German very well and had black headphones on one side of the ear. Please pay attention to the owner which people you hire, so you have lost 3 guests.

Was OK. A little pricey and the food is ok. Grill items are not cooked properly. Vegetable dishes were better. Try it. Super tasty Pakistani and Indian food. It is not spicy but can also be ordered very spicy if desired. So something for everyone. The spice mixes are first class. I especially recommend the chicken tikka and sekh kebab with naan bread fresh from a tandoor oven. Tastes extremely good. Price reading is also very good. For around 10-15 € you can really get full per person. All dishes are freshly prepared and served à la minute.

I highly recommend this Pakistani restaurant. I have lunch there and I liked their specialty. It was filling and nourishing. Welcoming, attentive and pleasant staff. Correct service, correct prices. Priority was at the meeting! Upstairs we can say our prayers. It was a great experience.

This place is an example of the lowest quality of customer service, arrogant staff and restaurant that doesn’t know what cooking is. So I ordered Palak paneer and the waiter served me boiled spinach which was cooked with some salts and oil in it, nothing less or more in it. And guess what? it was just spinach and not a single cube of paneer in it. Upon reminding the waiter of my order, he asked me to wait for a couple of minutes. The waiter never came back nor changed my dish, I went to the cash counter and requested them again to change my dish because my friends had already started eating their food and I was waiting for about 15 minutes for the change that never occurred. The people at the counter told me that palak paneer is over but they would get it prepared for me, so I waited again for about 10 minutes after which someone came with some cubes of “paneer”, and told me to put inside the palak and eat it. I told them that doesn’t work like that, I can’t put paneer in an already cooked spinach and just it raw like that. Moreover the panner was pale and it would probably break my teeth if I tried to bite them. So I refused to take it and sent it back and just at the roti. When we finished eating and went to pay at the counter they charged me for palak paneer in the bill. I told them I did not have palak paneer so why would I pay for it? The entire staff of about 5 people then started shouting and abusing me for refusing to pay. Their language was worst than a road side eatery, and abuses that came are unmentionable here in the review. I still stood my ground and told them that they could do whatever they wish but I will not pay for something I did not eat. Almost 5 of them started intimidating me and I still stood my ground. I told them I can call the police if they would like to settle the case, upon listening to the word police they got even more hyper and threatened me again. Finally after about 30 minutes of arguments and abuses that they hurled they agreed to cut the bill. And guess what happened next? The next customer who were lined to pay, also argued about not paying for an item because they had ordered Kadai Chicken but were served Chilli chicken. Wow! and they fought with them too! This was my first visit to this restaurant and hopefully god never takes me to this place again. A message to the restaurant/ I have reported your place to concerned authorities for unruly behavior and also for not following Covid Measures, about 4 of the waiters were not wearing masks nor was there any hand disinfectants available. The food was also not covered. So all the best, karma will get to you, I hope you learn your lesson and be good humans if not good cooks/servers.

Bad quality of food and terrible service. Everything we asked was not available and we got the wrong dish also. The worst was that we found hair in the food and at the end the owner was still in argue with us.

we drove extra from Freiburg to Lahore restaurant the food was really delicious and very flavorful and the boss was also friendly in general all the staff. Freshly prepared Highly recommended

This place makes small samosa. For 1 euro they are saving money in it. Not sure where they want to invest.

Some really nice and tasty food. A true Pakistani taste.

We were happy to have discovered two vegan dishes on the menu ... unfortunately, yogurt sauce was properly distributed on both. Only after discussing twice were some of the dishes prepared vegan for us ... clearly too expensive and the taste just ok.

I shall not go to this place ever again .. the customer service I am not sure what they think of Indian but they were not very courteous towards us .. by the way .. who in an asian restaurant, charges extra for chutney or ketchup along with Samosa .. overall not a pleasing experience .. and felt over price for a chicken curry as well .. Also obseved in their refrigerator that, they have stored mango lassi in non reusable plastic bottles .. just by having a look at it .. it was clear that it was not freshly made .. definitely couple of days earlier it must have been prepared and stored ..
